又到了做月饼的时候，今年做了两次，馅料都是按照自己的想法随便配出来的。自己做月饼的乐趣就是可以随心，可以做到低糖少油。好看不好看都是次要的了。好吃健康才是硬道理。翻翻以前做月饼的帖子，没有一个是按照传统的月饼馅做的。我估计自己是做不了化学实验。因为太喜欢按照自己的经验瞎捣鼓了。原则馅料要做到团成球后圆圆的站在那里。
去年做的红豆沙加上比五仁还多的仁。这个馅儿是俺的最爱。反正就是好吃。今年又做了一批豆沙八仁，嘿嘿。

今年用白莲蓉加了椰蓉，松仁，芝麻，和其他仁做的馅也很好吃。
Pumpking soup:
用黄油炒洋葱至半透明，加入南瓜方块, 略炒变色，加入热的鸡汤，加入切碎的迷迭香和百里香，盐，胡椒，盖煮至软。用手提绞浆机打成泥, 吃时加少量的酸奶油(sour cream).
