| after you get off the plane, follow the direction/signs to the Light rail. buy tickets at the ticket booth, its 2.25 one way take the light rail direction: to downtown seattle. its about 35 mins to downtown, get off at Chinatown, for well, Chinatown, duh! hehe get off at west lake if you want to go to Pike place market downtown shops etc. in summary, it would just cost you a little over 2 bucks to go to downtown sans traffic, otherwise, some lucky cab driver will have your 30 bucks. p.s if you have large luggages, there is a set rate of 30 dollars from the airport to the hotels downtown. enjoy seattle, its awesome here! |
