 Fabiola, the owner of "Fabulous Maids" has been really great. She charges by the hour, not by size of the house. But they get a lot done in a short time. For $40/hour Fabiola sends a team of 2 or 3 ladies, and they work on whatever you want. If you have periodic service, Fabiola might work a better price for you.

I love that I can Fabiola and have the maids come on very short notice if I need. I can also pay online with PayPal, which I happen to love.

Not the least expensive service out there, but I've been very satisfied.

We've been using Juanita's House Cleaning for a few years now. Danny Partida is the manger and can be reached at 8188253662. Usually a crew of 2-3 will show up and it takes them about 2 hours to do our house (2300 square feet). We pay $100/ visit 

Maria and Solemae,  Solemae is the husband.  They're wonderful and do a very good job.  Solemae speaks better English and Maria and their helper, Kathy doesn't speak any English.  I've had them about 1 1/2 years and I gave them a key so I feel very comfortable with them.  They have cleaned for my friend for several years.  The only hesitation I have now is due to the fact they did not return a call to another friend who was interested in hiring them and they didn't call me back when I tried to reach them for this friend.  That being said their number is 818 431-3758.

五香熏鱼，不可错过的经典上海冷盘，理应由青鱼烹制。 可我们这穷乡僻壤，上哪儿去找青鱼呢？ 刚好新鲜三文鱼尾特价$3.99一磅，干脆买回来当青鱼烧吧！
每次炸东西，油总是溅得到处都是，甚至皮肤上也伤痕累累。 这次用纸巾裹着鱼片过夜，烹制过程中捂着锅盖，确实干净安全了很多。
成品似甜非甜，带有浓郁的五香味。
材料：

• 1磅 三文鱼尾
• 油
• 1/2杯 水
• 生抽
• 料酒
• 老抽
• 冰糖
• 1/2茶匙 五香粉
• 姜

准备鱼尾：

1. 把鱼尾清理干净。
2. 尽量切薄片。
3. 用纸巾裹着，放入冰箱冷冻过夜。

准备浸汁：

1. 姜去皮，切薄片。
2. 把生抽，料酒，老抽，冰糖，五香粉，姜片，和水一起烧开。
3. 摊凉。

做法：

1. 炉子开得比中火稍大。
2. 烧热油(三文鱼会出油，不用太多油)。
3. 放入一片鱼。
4. 马上捂紧锅盖，等待噼噼啪啪的急骤声放缓。
5. 小心地掀开锅盖一条缝，把鱼片翻身。
6. 再捂紧锅盖，等待鱼片出现金黄色。
7. 取出鱼片，直接浸入五香汁里。
8. 重复炸剩下的鱼片，同时经常翻动浸泡着的鱼片，上色后取出(大约要几分钟)。

1.桑葚15克，白菊花9克，白糖一匙，水煎服，每日一次。


2.胡萝卜6根，水煎2日服完，连服几十天。功能消积明目。适用于夜盲症或小儿疳积。


3.白鱼一条，去鳞及内脏，枸杞子30克，共煮汤食。功能健脾胃、补肝肾，用于肝肾阴虚之流泪、视物模糊等。


4.枸杞子20克，嚼服，每日一次，半月为一疗程。


5.菊花茶开水冲泡，经常饮服。


6.芡实粥


原料：芡实20粒，龙眼肉7枚，糯米100克。


做法：将芡实、龙眼肉与糯米同煮粥。


用法：每日空腹服1～2次。


功效：此粥又称“飞扬粥”，可益精强志、聪耳明目、通五脏、润颜色。


7.银杞明目汤


原料：银耳、枸杞各15克，鸡肝100克，茉莉花24朵，淀粉、料酒、姜汁、食盐各适量。


做法：①.将鸡肝洗净，切成薄片，放入碗内，加淀粉、料酒、姜汁、食盐拌匀待用。


②银耳洗净，撕成小片，用清水浸泡待用;茉莉花择去花蒂，洗净，放入盘中;枸杞洗净待用。


③将锅置火上，放入清汤，加入料酒、姜汁、食盐和味精，随即下入银耳、鸡肝、枸杞烧沸，撇去浮沫，待鸡肝刚熟，装入碗内，将茉莉花撒入碗内即成。

用法：每日二次。佐餐食。

功效：补肝益肾、明目美颜。适用于阴虚所致的视物模糊、两眼昏花，面容憔悴等。


 8.首乌寄生鸡蛋汤

原料：首乌70克，桑寄生50克，鸡蛋3个。

做法：将首乌、桑寄生、鸡蛋洗净后一同放人沙锅内，加清水适量，武火煮沸后，文火煲煮20分钟，捞起鸡蛋去壳，再放入锅内煲40分钟，加白糖煲沸即成，饮汤食蛋。

功效：养血补肾、黑发悦颜。用于血虚体弱、须发早白、头晕眼花、未老先衰者;亦可用于肾虚湿重之腰膝疼痛、四肢麻木者。
